Return Policy

Returns, replacements, or damage claims are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, you must provide one continuous 360° unboxing video recorded from the unopened package through the complete unboxing process. Requests for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items submitted without this video evidence will not be eligible for approval.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
